On May 9, 2026, Loving Hands Community Care hosted its 19th Mother's Day Healing Luncheon, bringing together mothers and community members for a day of healing, reflection and connection. This year's event had special significance as we honored the life and legacy of our beloved founder Kathryn Wooten, whose unwavering compassion and dedication made this Luncheon possible for nearly two decades. Guests enjoyed a meal, inspiring speakers, a live band, raffles, and meaningful conversations as we uplifted our grieving mother's and remembered Kathy's lasting impact on our community.
